As the founder of ‘Evolving Education’ and an experienced Deputy Headteacher and SENCO of twenty plus years I understand the importance of staying abreast of the continuous changes and the need for an ‘supportive yet critical friend’ to evaluate your setting. I was always proud for visitors to enter any of the schools I taught in but with the best will in the world I still dreaded the inevitable inspection mainly due to how this always ended up at the forefront of anything we wanted to embed. However strongly I delivered a change to our school staff would always worry would OFSTED approve. As a leader it was a question I would answer with a resounding yes! Reality, though is a different thing altogether and my most valued professional development opportunities was when an external partner would visit my establishment and look with a pair of fresh eyes and a questioning mind. This helped immensely with OFSTED preparation, sharing new initiatives with staff and governors and being accountable.
Following four very successful OFSTED inspections leading on PSHE, English, Behaviour Management and SENCO alongside being a 0.4 teaching Deputy Headteacher, ‘Evolving Education’ provides consultancy to Nursery, primary and secondary establishments alongside Independent schools. With a wealth of experience our specialists, all current leaders will work alongside leaders, teachers, auxiliary staff and governors to provide and deliver support to improve your establishment even further.
We offer coaching to whole school staff delivered by trained specialists, initially we will work with SLT to establish the outcomes they wish to achieve before working with whole school staff and then embedding a ‘successful working model’ that can be used with subject leaders for performance management, embedding new initiatives or as a critical friend.

We believe all children learn differently, and our mission is to provide inclusive, supportive learning for every student. We offer a wide range of services, from home-schooling to CBT therapy, to empower learners of all ages and abilities.
