All of our practitioners must have qualified teacher status and be an exceptional individual with a creative flair, and possess a passion for teaching beyond the four walls of the classroom.

We want empathetic professionals who have the ability to place social emotional wellbeing at the heart of what they do. 

Teaching and learning remains at the forefront of what we provide and we follow the National Curriculum and provide progressive units of work ensuring that higher order thinking skills are interwoven throughout our lessons.

In addition, we want a team player who will  build trusting, non-judgemental relationships with the young people we work with as many of the children we work with require something a ‘little different’’ to achieve and build self-belief. 

To be successful in this role you will require compassion, patience and resourceful, positive behaviour management.
