Evolving Education was born out of a passion for understanding that all young people and adults learn differently. Success for each individual is unique, and in an ever changing, fast paced world, Claire felt that young people's needs were not always being met or challenged.

After 24 years of teaching and leading across a plenitude of schools, each of varying demographics and challenges, Claire as an experienced Deputy Headteacher, Safeguarding and Emotional Wellbeing lead and SENDCO of ten years saw a dramatic increase in anxiety and SEN needs across school. After involvement in a pilot project with Public Health, England focussing on supporting children with anxiety, challenging behaviours and complex SEN needs, Claire felt there was a lack of provision and support for a vast amount of young people and families.
Keen to find ways to support children with additional needs and having an intent that education was inclusive to all, ‘Evolving Education’ was born!
Over the last eighteen months the business has continued to ‘EVOLVE’ in numerous directions - after consultations with schools, families, outside agencies and most importantly children - we are now one of the most established Educational Services in the North.
Evolving Education continues to support children and families from Nursery through to adulthood offering a plethora of services. This may range from home-school provision, private tutoring for 7 and 11 plus, family support, Educational consultancy, CBT therapy, Forest school and alternative provision and this year the launch of national hubs.
WIth a team of experienced specialists in all areas, Evolving Education ensures that at the heart of everything is a secure child.
